Question by sal m: In the state of Tennessee is alimony thought to be revenue when figuring kid help?
I was told by one particular attorney that alimony is thought to be earnings to my spouse which would bring down the amount of child assistance. I was told by an additional attorney that alimony can not be figured into revenue for youngster help. Which is accurate? I can not locate something on this matter.
