No Contest Divorce on divorce assist:
Question by : how could I convince him to not contest the divorce?
The basics:
Husband is a lazy great for absolutely nothing guy. Does not have a job, does drugs, never ever calls to see how our son is doing or ever wants to see him. In spite of this, he mentioned he will contest a divorce if I attempt to get full custody.
I have no income to fight him and he has no income to contest it, but I wouldn't put it past him to take out a loan or get his rich
