Question by Skye: Who pays for legal fees in a automobile accident when the matter goes to court?
I was involved in an accident exactly where a guy reversed out of a park into the back drivers side of my automobile. He has admitted the accident was his fault but is refusing to pay for the damages. Will he be liable for the legal fees when the matter goes to court?
The guy that hit me does have insurance but is refusing to file a claim. As I wasn't covered by insurance
